Caroline joined the Board of The International Stock Exchange Group Limited in June 2025 as an independent Non-Executive Director.

Background, Experience and Skills

With a focus on marketing and brands, Caroline has over 20 years’ experience gained across a number of senior leadership positions. 

Caroline is currently Chief Marketing Officer at Material Holdings, a marketing services and digital transformation consultancy. She also serves as a Council Member of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), a Special Adviser to Empactful Capital, which makes strategic investments in healthcare solutions, and is a Trustee and Vice Chair of the Board of Opera Philadelphia.

She is a member of both the Forbes Communications Council and the Wall Street Journal CMO Council, contributing to global conversations about business and marketing strategy.

Before joining Material Holdings, Caroline was President and CEO of Karma Agency, a public relations firm where she led the growth of the business and its expansion into brand consultancy and marketing strategy services.
