Dave is a Manager in the Market Regulation department with responsibility for market surveillance and market investigations primarily in relation to equity listings.

Dave is Guernsey-born, holds an ICA International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention and has more than 30 years’ experience in offshore financial services in Guernsey, joining the Exchange in December 2016. Dave previously held positions on the boards of a portfolio of Scandinavian private equity funds and senior positions in fund, trust and corporate administration at State Street, Walbrook Fund Managers and audit/advisory at Deloitte.

In his role at TISE, Dave supports the Head of Market Regulation in the monitoring of market and trading activity as well as the investigation of any cases where serious breaches of the Exchange’s rules are suspected.
