Josalen joined the Exchange in 2024 as a Senior Manager within the Listings Department. Working alongside the Head of Listings, she oversees the effective and efficient management of the Listings Department, ensuring the smooth processing of applications submitted by Members of the Exchange, maintaining high standards of efficiency and compliance. Her role also includes talent identification and development of the listings team along with building and maintaining relationships with Members as well as key contacts within the industry.

Before joining TISE, Josalen gained over 10 years of external audit experience, working in both Guernsey and the Philippines. As a former Senior Audit Manager at a Big Four audit firm, she specialised in delivering audit services to listed and unlisted clients in the wealth and asset management and insurance sectors. Her role also included the review of compliance with regulatory obligations, including AML/CFT requirements.

Josalen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, earned in the Philippines.
