Karl is responsible for implementing and embedding Change Management activities across the TISE group of companies and joined TISE in March 2022. 

As a qualified Change Practitioner, Karl helps the business to deliver efficient, effective, and productive change & project solutions to agreed requirements and outcomes by providing colleagues with the skills, systems and support to deliver business-led change.

Previously with Utmost Worldwide, Karl also spent 20 years with Specsavers Optical Group heading the Frame Supply department.

Karl is a registered practitioner with the Association of Project Management Group International.
