Kurt joined the Board of The International Stock Exchange Group Limited in June 2025 as a non-independent Non-Executive Director.

Background, Experience and Skills

Kurt has over 25 years’ experience in options trading and has served on the boards of numerous options exchanges, including MIAX Options Exchanges and Boston Options Exchange (BOX), and the online broker-dealers TradeMonster and OptionsHouse. He is currently a Council Member of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX).

Kurt began his career at Wolverine Trading, a diversified financial institution specialising in proprietary trading, asset management, order execution services and technology solutions. He left his role with Wolverine Trading, as Partner and Head of Market Structure, in late 2022.

From 2018 to 2022, Kurt served as Director of the Options Clearing Corporation, a US based clearing house specialising in equity derivatives clearing, providing central counterparty clearing and settlement services to 16 exchanges. He has also acted as an Adviser to NAX Group and StratiFi, a risk management platform providing a one-stop-shop solution for portfolio risk analysis, client risk profiling and compliance.
