Laura joined the Exchange in June 2018. As Head of HR to The International Stock Exchange Group Limited and The International Stock Exchange Authority Limited, she is responsible for all aspects of the employee life cycle including Recruitment, HR, Benefits, Learning & Development and Reward.

Laura’s experience prior to the Exchange has been within the legal industry in London, having worked for a number of years within the HR team at the international law firm, Clyde & Co LLP, and more recently within the US law firm, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.

Laura has gained a 2:1 degree in Politics & International Relations from the University of Sheffield and has also been accredited a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Practice and Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management by the Chartered Institute of Professional Development. Laura is currently Vice Chair of the CIPD Guernsey Committee.
