Funds

We have a presence in some of the most well established and highly regarded international fund centres.

Why TISE?

The Exchange has a presence in some of the most well established and highly regarded international investment fund centres and a breadth of connections across the global funds sector.

As such, it has developed significant experience working alongside the industry, in listing both open and closed ended funds. Today, our Official List includes more than 200 investment securities from some of the world’s leading promoters such as Ashmore, Global Diversification Fund, Investec, Ruffer and M&G.

Innovation

Our innovative approach means that we are a natural home for a wide range of vehicles, invested in a wide range of underlying assets and many of which are dual listed with other global exchanges.

Over the years, we have also taken an innovative approach to meeting the needs of the investment sector. For example, we were responsive to the private equity industry by being one of the first exchanges in Europe to allow the listing of limited partnership interests, we listed the first ILS note digitised on a blockchain, we have successfully grown our market share of listed UK REITs to over 40% and we were the first to provide transaction settlement for OEICs at Euroclear UK & Ireland.

Accessibility

We continue to meet the requirements of many institutional investor groups, who often demand listing on a regulated and recognised exchange. TISE is recognised for the purposes of investment by UK Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) and Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs) and is widely known and used by institutional investor groups.

Initial and annual fees vary according to product type, rather than market capitalisation, and are competitive compared to other similar exchanges and more reasonable than larger exchanges, considerably so in some cases.

Listing Fees

Responsive.

Initial applications for listing will receive our response within 3 business days from submission and subsequent reviews will be carried out within 1 business days. The Exchange is also able to consider more unusual transactions and early enquiries are encouraged in that regard.
