Ravenscroft Consultancy & Listing Services (RCLSL) is part of Ravenscroft, an independently owned investment services group with offices in Guernsey, Jersey, the UK and the Isle of Man.  Since its foundation in 2005, it has been Ravenscroft’s aim to build a leading investment services firm through exceptional customer service, integrity, transparency and accountability. 

Ravenscroft employs more than 120 people and has over £7.75bn of assets under administration for both private and institutional clients.  The Group’s services include traditional execution only and advisory stockbroking, portfolio and fund management, market making, corporate finance and the dealing and storage of precious metals.

RCLSL provides TISE listing sponsorship services through an experienced team in its Guernsey office.  RCLSL is sponsor to three of the four trading companies listed on TISE, with the fourth being its parent company, Ravenscroft Holdings Limited.  It also acts for investment vehicles, debt issuers and other structures permitted to be listed on TISE.

Market making services are provided by a separate group company, Ravenscroft (CI) Limited, which is a Trading Member of TISE.
