We are sorry to announce that Mark Nicol will be stepping down from his role as Managing Director of The International Stock Exchange Authority Limited following his decision to relocate back to the UK with his family.

Mark will continue to lead the executive team of TISEA until he leaves TISE on Friday 2 December 2022.

Rob Trefny, Chair of TISEA, said: “As many of you will be aware, in leading the regulatory arm of the Exchange during the last five years, Mark has been instrumental in its transformation during this period. Whilst I am sorry to see Mark leave, I would like to take the opportunity to thank him for his valuable contribution to the business and wish him the very best for the future.”
