The International Stock Exchange (TISE) has today launched its new Equity Listing Rules for Specialist Companies.
As part of a commitment to enhance its product range and responding to the changing requirements of its market, TISE has introduced a new rulebook to support the listing of Specialist Companies on its Equity Market.
Effective from 11 November, these new rules are designed for Specialist Companies, including SPV holding companies and closely held REITs, which are issuing equity securities intended to be held by qualified investors and with no expectation of trading or frequent transferring of the securities.
"The new rules simplify the initial application and disclosure requirements, as well as the continuing obligation requirements, for eligible companies."
The Specialist Companies Listing Rules are more streamlined and flexible than the existing Equity Market Listing Rules focused on trading companies and investment vehicles. The new rules simplify the initial application and disclosure requirements, as well as the continuing obligation requirements, for eligible companies.
The new Specialist Company Listing Rules and an updated version of the Equity Market Listing Fees are available from TISE’s product page for Specialist Companies.
