Andy is Chief Financial Officer of The International Stock Exchange Group Limited, a position he has held since 1 May 2021. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Andy held the position of Senior Finance Manager, which was a position he held since joining the Group in October 2017.

With effect from 1 January 2023, Andy was appointed as an Executive Director of The International Stock Exchange Group Limited.

In his role, Andy is responsible for the delivery of the Group’s financial strategy, with a focus on creating long term sustainable value for all of the Group’s stakeholders.

Andy has 20 years’ experience working within the financial services industry, having previously worked at Kleinwort Benson in Guernsey for 12 years where he held a number of senior positions before joining the Group.

Andy is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds the Diploma in Company Direction, issued by the Institute of Directors.
