Chloe is Project Manager at TISE, responsible for leading the delivery of strategic and technology-focused initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders, she oversees project governance, change management and cross-functional collaboration to support the Exchange’s strategic objectives.

With over five years’ experience in project management, Chloe has developed expertise in digital transformation, technology delivery and organisational change. Her background spans both the private and public sectors, including initiatives with local government that delivered benefits to the island of Guernsey.

Chloe is a TechWomen100 Award winner and a Foundation Chartered Manager (fCMgr). She holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), together with PRINCE2 Agile and ITIL 4 certifications.

A graduate of the University of Surrey, Chloe holds a BSc in Business Management and Spanish and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
