TISE has announced that Charlie Geffen will be stepping down from his roles as the Group’s Chair and as a Director of The International Stock Exchange Group Limited.

Having overseen a very successful year for the Group, Charlie is stepping down from the Board to pursue his other interests. His resignation will take effect from the close of the Company’s 2022 Annual General Meeting.

Anderson Whamond, Chair of the Nominations Committee, said: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Charlie for his contribution to the development of the business and its continued success. The process to identify a successor Chair will commence immediately and an update on the appointment will be provided in due course.”
