In this video interview, Cees Vermaas, CEO of The International Stock Exchange (TISE), speaks to Patrick L Young from Exchange Invest as part of the IPO-VID series.

During the conversation, Cees talks about his early career, including how he started working in exchanges, his progression across different exchange groups - both European and American - and the work he's been undertaking in the Channel Islands since late 2020 at TISE. 

Cees recaps on the expansion of the business and its international membership base, the development and scaling of TISE's Qualified Investor Bond Market (QIBM), as well as the introduction of a unique private markets offering in the form of TISE Private Markets.
