The International Stock Exchange (TISE) is celebrating the recognition received by Kay McCarthy, Head of the Jersey Office, at the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards 2025. 

Kay won the Silver Award in the category ‘Woman of the Year – Government, Regulatory and Not-for-profit Organisations’ where she was among six women shortlisted.

The prestigious Citywealth Powerwomen Awards spotlight individuals and companies who support female leadership and celebrate diversity, champion women in the financial services industry and highlight the female leaders of today and tomorrow.

The Gold Award was won by Anna Josse from Prism the Gift Fund, and the Bronze Award was won by Jill Britton from the Jersey Financial Services Commission. The other nominees were Daniela Stoffel from the State Secretariat for International Finance SIF, Judith Chatoo from Saffery Trust, and Sarah Kennedy from the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority.

Kay is a financial services and investment professional with over 25 years’ experience in stockbroking, investment management, client relationship management and stock exchange services. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, a Chartered Wealth Manager and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
